• No pet accessory is indestructible. Make sure you check your pets accessories regularly for signs of wear and tear. It is the customers responsibility to check the usability of the product.
• Our buckles are not designed to be chew-proof. If your dog chews and breaks the buckle, we are not liable for any damage. Please monitor your dog and prevent chewing to ensure the longevity of the product.
• Our XS/S Step 'n' Go harnesses are very small, which naturally means there's less material to show off the pattern. This is simply due to the size – it's not something we can change, and it doesn't affect the quality or function of the harness.
• A dog harness is not a magic solution to stop pulling. While a well-fitting harness can help with control and comfort, effective training and consistency are key to teaching your dog proper leash manners.
