We’re just two humans (and one sassy pup, Messi) running this small business alongside full-time jobs — doing our absolute best! If something’s gone a bit wrong with your order, please reach out to us directly before firing off a “very disappointed” comment or coming in all guns blazing. Nine times out of ten, it’s just good old-fashioned human error (because we are human), and we’ll always happily sort it out for you.

A little kindness and grace really do go a long way — we would never intentionally disappoint our customers, and we genuinely care about making things right.
