Processing Times
Here at Messi Pups, we aim to get your orders shipped out as soon as possible. However, we’re a small family-run business, so please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
If you need your order for a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
Please allow extra time for customised items (like pet tags and resin products), as these are made to order and take a little longer to prepare.
UK Shipping Information
We currently offer tracked delivery options via Royal Mail and Evri.
Unfortunately, as you may be well aware, no courier has a perfect track record — so we want to give you the option to choose the one you trust most.
Please remember that once your order has been dispatched, any delays are completely out of our hands. We find it just as frustrating as you do when parcels don’t arrive on time!
UK Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on all UK orders over £50. You’ll be able to choose from either Evri Tracked or Royal Mail Tracked 48 at checkout — both services are included at no extra cost.
You can also upgrade to other delivery options if you prefer a faster service.
Royal Mail
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Delivery aim: next working day after dispatch
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Delivery aim: 2 working days after dispatch (free for orders over £50)
Please note: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 are not guaranteed timeframes — they’re delivery aims only. We’re unable to offer compensation for slight delays.
Our Royal Mail depot operates from 8am–10am, Monday to Saturday, so any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Evri
- Delivery aim: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Free for orders over £50
Why Has My Order Been Sent with a Different Courier?
In rare cases, some couriers charge significantly more for certain postcodes. When this happens, we reserve the right to send your parcel using whichever tracked service your postage fee covers.
Rest assured — we’ll always use a reliable courier, and we’ll do our best to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely.
International Shipping Information
Yes — we ship worldwide!
All international orders are shipped via a tracked Royal Mail service. Delivery costs and estimated times depend on where you are in the world.
Customers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Please research your country’s customs rules before placing an order so you can budget accordingly and avoid any surprises.
It’s also your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking — customs may not always notify you if a payment is required.

Delays may occur due to customs processing or busy periods (especially around holidays), which are beyond our control — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If your country isn’t listed, don’t worry — we still ship to you! It just means Royal Mail hasn’t given us an estimated delivery timeframe for that location.
