Quality is great as was turn around time. I’d ordered a silitag elsewhere who failed to deliver (4 weeks on and I’m still waiting) after checking trust pilot I saw someone mentioned using MessiPups instead. I wish I’d checked this before ordering from the other company as MessiPups are just fantastic. My dog loves her tag and proudly shows it off whenever we go for walkies!

Tag is clear and easy to read, nice and quiet.

Lost brass tag that had become unreadable as the engraving was not deep. Replaced with silicone tag that is very clear to read, and not being metal does not jangle. Minor niggle - is that the plastic loop of the black plastic middle means that the tag does not run freely on the split ring that attaches to the collar. Hence can stick out rather than be flat. A thinner split ring or wider loop for the ring would resolve it
