10/10 only cute designs that fit my big beautiful boy , I love the lock feature on the harness my boy is a roller and he’s managed to undo harnesses before , I have already got 2 sets bought them within a week of each other as I was that impressed and so was my boy would love to see more designs come out soon so I can add more to the collection 🤣blankets are also perfect for literally anything!

I bought bert the Ruff and Ready bundle as his a very strong and boisterous bundle of fun this harness is perfect I love the fact it has a safety clip on the buckle around the neck so no matter how rough he is there is no way he will get out of his harness, this is perfect for those who have a escape artist, the reflective piping is brilliant day and night. The harness is well made I'm extremely pleased and the little freebie matching cow tag adds to the complete collection. I'm already looking for his next bundle

We pawsolutely love Falcor's new Ruff'n Ready Hairy Coo-ture harness. It's not only absolutely stunning but also super easy to adjust. For some time we tryed find proper harness for our 'Little Devil'. Falcor has super sensitive skin on his ribs area and most of harnesses caused redness after walks. Material used for Ruff'n Ready Hairy Coo-ture harness is soft enough to NOT create any abrasion on Falcor's skin. And also he is looking super dope in it🤩

Love this harness too much

Bought this harness along with the collar and lead and I love the quality. And personally I don't think the cost of the harness reflects the quality at all (in a good way) I have spent a lot more on less quality, less sturdy and less comfortable looking harnesses. I love that the straps don't fall under the armpits causing irritation. Love this harness and this company. Quick shipping and a very personal customer experience.

Hi. Do you have anywhere these can be tried on? My pup is a therapy pup in a class called highland cows so the cow set is amazing, but she’s a big Rhodesian so size is always tricky?

We completely understand that sizing can be tricky, especially with bigger breeds like Rhodesians, so if you’re unsure you’re welcome to order multiple sizes (subject to availability) and return any that aren’t quite right, in line with our returns policy.

No, don’t worry! At the moment the only pattern that will not be restocked is our seasonal pattern “Up To Snow Good”

Do you design your own patterns?

Yes! Every pattern is designed in-house by our small Scottish family team. Nicole (our resident designer) brings the ideas to life, Rachel (the web whizz) makes sure they look perfect on the website, and Mum runs the all-important Review Team — with our office dogs as her loyal assistants. Nothing gets the green light without their nod of approval!

What size of harness/collar should I go for?

We always recommend measuring your dog and using our handy sizing guide to pick the most appropriate size for your pooch. We’ve also introduced a clever new sizing calculator on our product pages — just pop in your pup’s measurements and it’ll recommend the best size, along with how snug or loose it will sit on their chest and neck.

What is the difference between your harnesses?

How long do I have to return something?

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you’d like to return it. Just email info@messipups.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the return process.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, you can request an exchange by heading to your Account and selecting your order. You’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a request.

Please include the size or item you’d like in exchange in the notes box when submitting your request. The new item won’t be posted out until we’ve received the original item back in its original, unworn and unwashed condition, with tags still attached.

For bundle orders, you only need to return the item you'd like to swap. We'll adjust your refund or exchange so you're not paying extra – just the postage costs.

A prepaid label will be generated for you during the process. You'll need access to a printer to print it. Please note you're responsible for both the return label and the postage for sending your new item.
